Siltronic is one of the world’s largest manufacturers of hyperpure silicon wafers and partner of many leading semiconductor companies. The company employs around 4,500 people. The company has a network of state-of-the-art production sites in Asia, Europe and the USA. Siltronic develops and manufactures silicon wafers in diameters of up to 300mm. These are the basis for modern microelectronics and nanoelectronics.

YOUR TASKS
- Contact person and interface for team members, colleagues and managers
- Appointment management (scheduling, coordination and monitoring)
- Travel planning worldwide and travel expenses
- Creation of reports as well as digitization and filing of documents
- Responsible for all other administrative activities to support the department’s day-to-day business
YOUR PROFILE
- Completed commercial degree or comparable qualification
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
- Solid MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- High sense of responsibility, very good communication skills, problem-solving ability and flexibility
- Very good time and self-management skills and ability to prioritize as well as independent, proactive, structured and diligent way of working
